Preparations are heating up all over the country as people expect our teacher guests from Palestine in less than a week! The fourteen teachers will join teachers from the UK at a residential in Shropshire before going on to Chester, Knighton, Hackney and spending time with linked schools in Liverpool, Llanidloes, Pendle, Tower Hamlets and Northampton – not forgetting Camden of course, where Abu Dis teachers will be visiting schools with which their schools have had a link for a number of years.
For the teachers, the project will focus on building stronger links between schools, and they will also have many interesting things to say to everyone about the lives both of teachers and young people in Palestine. Come along and hear them at one of many events, see below…
